If you haven’t had a chance to visit Hillcrest Cemetery in Proctorsville lately, the new fencing is truly something to celebrate. This wonderful improvement was made possible through an exceptionally generous gift from Tim Perini, given in loving memory of Ralph E. Bidgood and Florence B. Hill.
