RE: Cancellation of public hearing scheduled for October 7, 2026

Notice of a public hearing on the 4-lot subdivision proposed by Jeffrey Stearns was prematurely warned in the newspaper and on the town’s website before a complete final subdivision application had been received. Please note that the October 7th hearing has been cancelled. Once a complete application is received, the public hearing will be rescheduled. Abutting property owners will be notified of the new date and time.
